RSE Policy
RSE Consultation
The Department for Education has announced changes to relationships and sex education (RSE).
These changes were due to come into effect from September 2020 and all schools are required to comply with the updated requirements. In light of the Coronavirus pandemic, schools have been given flexibility regarding the implementation of these changes during the academic year 2020-21.
This means that we are reviewing our RSE curriculum and policy so we can be sure our RSE provision is appropriate for our pupils based on their:
- Age
- Physical and emotional maturity
- Religious and cultural backgrounds
- Special educational needs and/or disabilities

Through PE & Sport our children learn to develop the important qualities of discipline, resilience, communication, team work, and ambition, leading to improved concentration, attitude, and academic achievement.

It is our policy that all children should wear school uniform when attending school, or when participating in a school-organised event outside normal school hours. Please click here for further information about the items needed for uniform.
